Service necessitated by loss or damage resulting from fire, water, hail, wind storms, lightning, theft, negligence, or any cause other than normal wear is not covered by contract. Contract will become null and void if the fuel oil is purchased from anyone other than Best Oil Inc. or burner is serviced by unauthorized personnel. This contract is transferrable but not refundable.
