CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS Service calls made for, but not limited to, the following will NOT be covered by contract and will be charged at the prevailing rate: Switch off Thermostat set too low Blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker Drain or add water Bleeding of air from radiators Combustion chamber Circulators or any part of the heating system which is not an integral part of the oil burner or its operating controls.
